Reporting an incorrect result
These reports take priority over everything else. To let us act on yours immediately, include the name of the tool, the exact values you entered, the result it gave, and the result you expected. That last item is what separates a real bug from a difference in assumptions, and it usually resolves the question in one reply.

- Bugs and broken pages — tell us the page URL and your browser.
- Tool suggestions — describe the calculation you need and what you would use it for.
- Privacy requests — access, deletion, or withdrawal of consent under GDPR or CCPA. See our privacy policy for what we hold.
- Content and licensing — questions about quoting or reusing our material.
Response times
UtilityAtlas is a small independent project, so replies are handled in batches rather than instantly. Accuracy reports are usually answered within a few days, and privacy requests within the 30-day statutory window. General suggestions are read and logged, but may not get an individual reply.

We cannot give financial, medical, legal, or tax advice, or interpret your individual circumstances. If you write asking what you should do with a result, the honest answer will be to take it to a qualified professional — so we would rather set that expectation here than in a reply.
